Thanks
I am starting this weekend on mine. I ordered plans for the first one instead of laying out a designing my own to get a feel for size and specs. Sometimes building from scratch things can get out of proportion. I do have plans for a second already with some pretty cool ideas. I would like to enter this build off for 2007 I have read about.
Thanks again
Greg

Hello, Welcome to the best place to be to build a BSR! A lot of good ideas will come to you as you are building this one from the plans. This is one of those projects you just cant seem to end!! LOL:laughing: You will wake up from a dream of a new mod for it and wont be able to go back to sleep until you get it done!!LOL:laughing: Post lots of pics and we look forward to seeing your creation!! If you ordered your plans through mike @ barstoolracer supply PDF forum you should get them in about 24 to 48 hrs or less! Mike bean is very helpful also for parts you may need. I just ordered some plans also the other day from him and you will like them. I built my first one from scratch and these sure would have made my build faster!! Enjoy!

moto1fast I have been reading about your dual wheeled build. Some of you design and fabrication styles are very interesting to me.
I read the part about your heart attack aswell and I am glad your doing better. If I may ask how old are you? I get the sense that some of the folks are about my age or older, but I think there are some young ones to. I am 43.
Thanks
Greg

I am 48 years old now. I have had 6 make that 7 heart attacks now. My first one was at 44 years old and had one each year sense and doubled up the last 2 years. I had to sell my motorcycle shop due to it and now am just piddling at the house!! Building different things and selling on ebay! I am not suppose to be doing anything but thats not going to happen! I want to create some of my dreams before I go. Building my own things my own way is what I like to do. We all here have different ways of building these and thats what makes each one different and they are all Good! Well almost all! LOL:laughing: Any way looking forward to seeing your build and if you have any ? feel free to ask!! We like to give out our advice!! LOL:laughing:

My plans made it!!!!!!!
They are very well put together and easy to read. I am ready to ROCK !!!!
Only problem is I fell from the ladder on my sons tree house today and my leg and ego isnt feeling so well lol.:dizzy:
Ever seen one of those cartoons where the top rung of the ladder breaks then they all break as you fall? Thats what happened today!
Later I got to go dream about building this beast.

Cool!! Not about your fall but about getting your plans! Now the dreaming begins! LOL:laughing: Once you get the main frame done look at all the options you have for designing your own front bumper, side steps, etc... Just a little change on these and you have your own style you put together. Hope your leg gets better and I know your ego will once you start building this and sharing it with your kids!! Relations with the wife might suffer though!! LOL:rofl:

Well it looks like I have won a bid on some tires and wheels on ebay. I hope I have not made a mistake because they are not as wide as some of the ones I have seen here. They are rain tires for a shifter kart. They are 5 inch rims the rears are 11/6/x5 and the fronts are 10-4x5
