:bigcry: cant seem to bend anything without creasing it. maybe im using to thin of a wall. what thickness should i be using or what works best?

What bender do you have? Try packing your tubing with sand before bending. You might be using a pipe bender on tubing. It doesnt work very well. I believe pipe is larger than tubing, and it will cause creases.

i got it off of ebay. its just like the ones at harbor freight. its hydraulic.

Sounds like you got a Pipe bender rather than a tubing bender. If it is a pipe bender that is your problem! Also like stated above if it is to thin pack it with sand to prevent it from kinking! If it is like a V type bender with the hyd jack in the bottom Center and presses up to bend it is more than likely a Pipe Bender! Tubing benders usually hold the end of the tube and roll it to bend it between a die and a matching block!:thumb:
