Very Cool...Without a doubt one of the best that I have seen! I know about missing something that you built and spent so much time on. The second BSR that I built I sold it to a good friend ...He hardly rides it and leaves it in his game room . Every time I see it I think of all the good times that I had with it. Where I lived at the time , I had alot of great places to ride and a neighbor about a quarter mile away had an asphalt Go Kart Track. Your BSR will give you the same pleasure!:thumb: Snakester

thanks snakester
the buddy i sold my radio flyer to is already bugin me about when i'm gona sell my bsr:eek2: but we are gona get together and upgrade the radio flyer soon, he wants a live axle instead of the single side drive thats on it now and also a bigger engine but thats gona be tuff cuz there ain't that much room even for the little 3.5 briggs thats in there now.
any ways thanks again

Nice Wagon!! I like it better than any I have seen yet!! Does the suspension work on the rear. I would like some more pics of it!! Could you drop a 6.5 hp down a little lower or is it to close of a clearance to the ground? Just thinking on how to get a bigger engine in it like you wanted! Very Nice!! You do great work man!!:thumb:

thanks moto

the height or ground clearance isn't the problem its the width between the rails on the wagon tub :bigcry: at the widest point on the 3.5 briggs(driveshaft and pull start) it is almost touching the tub on both sides. so in order to put a bigger engine i think i might have to widen the tub itself but by doing that it might loose some of it's bitchen factor of being an original radio flyer wagon, well nothing on it is original:eek2: and besides sheet metal work is not one of my strong points. and the other thing is that my buddy wants to put on a tav to :dizzy: now we really have clearance issues, i think instead of the tub being rectangle after all the mods that need to be done the tub will probably end up being square. oh well we will be working on it after the holidays and we'll figure somthing out.
thanks for the kind words and i'll try to get some more pics.

Is the frame that the tub sits on the issue or the tub itself? Is the motor sitting up into the tub close to the crankshaft? Any way you got good enough fab skills to figure that out and know it will lokk great when you get finished!! Let use know when you get started on it and post lots of pics. I want to build one sometime this summer!!

YES! BOTH :bigcry:

i'm gona take some measurements from my 6.5 honda clone w/tav and see what we need to do, prolly need to mod the frame width and might be able to make some cutouts on the sides of the tub for everything to fit through. i'll keep you guys posted :thumb:
