These are my two barstools. I finished them a few days ago so i thought i would post them for all of you to see. I took them to a flat dirt track race where they where raceing dirt bikes karts and 4 wheelers and the promoter saw them when i showed up and was very excited about them. He asked me to race them at the intermission so my brother inlaw and i did just that we had a few hot laps then a 6 lap race. After the race i did a few doughnuts and rode a wheelie off the track. People at the race couldnt belive the power that they had. I have raptor III engines in them that I did some work too and run them on methonal. People also wanted to know where they could get one and when i told them that i built them they thought that was even cooler. I pre sold one last night at the race and gave my number to about a dozen more. So hopefully one day we will have a class to race in. So to say the least a barstool race has happened in oklahoma even if it was only 2 of us. hope you all enjoy the pics

Nice BSR's!

I always like to hear stories about when people go out with their BSR's. It is funny how long the BSR has been around, but most people have never seen them.

Hey Lucky,
Those stools look great. I'll bet it was great running around the track with them. It is great to have people ask about them and how cool they think it is when they found out you built them yourself.
from the pics, it looks like you have a number of projects going on.
Keep up the great work.

it was so much fun to go around the track! sliding in the turns was great. my wife video taped it with her phone and you can hear people in the back round saying wow those things are fast and i wont one. I do have a few projects going on i just lust love to build things and when people ask about them it makes building stuff that much better. My friend is haveing me build him one to match his pit bike and im going to make a trailer to pull it around. I dont think i have seen that yet. I think it would look cool to be pulling a pit bike around.

the trailer frame is the same as the blue bsr i wanted a trailer the same size and with the cross support it schould be able to hold what ever i put on one i finish it. I got the wheels and tires for the trailer off oe ebay. I wasnt to worried about them being brand new because i wont use it that much.

Very Cool man!!! I loved it!! Cant wait to get my barrel racer ready and run it in the rodeo grounds!! What kind of races do they hold there? Looks like a pretty nice track. What happened to the red racer? He sure got whipped! Was it you?? LOL :thumb:

the blue racer has a chopped stool on it so it sits lower so it can go around the turns faster (lower center of gravity) the red one has a bigger engine and on a straight a way the blue one cant keep up they are both mine so i thoucht it would be fun to have two different ones. At the end of the race the key stock for the rear sprocket broke on the red one. The track promoter had saw them and thought it would be great to run them at the intermission of the flat track motorcycle race. I passed out a ton of cards that night and have had quite a few people call so hopefully in the next video there will be some more stools raceing around the track

How much are folks willing to spend for a barstool?
Maybe I need to get into the fabrication business too.
Can I quit my Engineering job to make more money?
A dream come true.... ????

Lets see
pay mortgage on house
car payments
insurance payments
visa bill
cable bill
phone bill
electric bill
gas bill
kids college bill
401K funding
?????

Not sure I could buid enough barstools.....
