Sounds cool! Do not forget that being that tall it will be top heavy! Use a short stool for sure! You will have to drop the engine down some to line up the Sprockets so your rear suspension with not bind the chain or build a drop frame for it! Aaron built a BSR with front suspension you might get some ideas from! Take a look at his! As far as a rear suspension goes I would do a Swing arm setup with either a Mono shock or one to each side! Use a torque Converter With # 41 chain and sprockets or larger. Use low gearing for torque to pull the big tires. You will not want to try and get a lot of speed with a top heavy BSR even with a 44" axle setup. A wide wheel base will be needed though to prevent a roll over! Also being that wide I would use a 1 and a 1/4" inch dia. Chromoly axle (not 1") for the bigger tires and torque to prevent bending. Sounds fun to build! I hope some of this helped! Waiting on pics!

why dont you just build a lifted golfcart is actually just an oversized gokart. http://server1.buggiesunlimited.com/phpBB2/. pretty cool lot of the guys on there are running vangaurd 16-24hp engines on those carts pretty cool but i think it would be easier and cheaper to build one ground up.

sorry didnt read what he(UP) said, sounds like he's on a roll.....
