Here is a sneak peak at the progress of the new ride. No details yet, but it is almost a "roller".
Check out the wooden jig. It worked surprisingly good. I laid out the frame centerline, axle centerlines and checked the bending of the 3/4" pipe frame (1.050" OD) against the lay out lines. When welding I clamped the frame down with pipe clamps, and to my surprise I did not burn up the jig.
As I get deeper into the project I will post detailed progress photos.

yeh Frozen, lookin' real good, an attractive frame shape and really like the use of round tubing even though it's more difficult to work with. I bought a jig to notch tubing many years ago but have never used it during any of my projects and they're all round tube construction, still use a hand grinder for notching. Yes, keep us posted on the build.

this one looks pretty nice...

What engine are you using? What barstool?

are you following a plan or a design or just designing as you´re going?

I got a Honda Clone from Harbor Frieght 6.5 HP and A TAV 30 Torque Converter. I will post pics when I get further along.
The frame is a design I have created. If you noticed it is streatched a bit from a usual barstool. I am building it into a Kooler Kart or Kegger Kart, have not finalized yet. I got a beer keg I can use as a "seat" or I may use the vintage coleman (Koleman Kooler) that I am considering using as the "seat".
Either way the motor is mounted behind the seat rather than under the barstool as is typical.
Still planning on and Metalflake Orange Paint job!
Stay tuned!!
