While my first one is apart getting detailed and powder coated, I needed something new to play with.

I whipped this one out on my Chrismas vacation, took for its first spin yesterday and it is more stable than my other one, but does not do a wheelie as easy, could be due to the smaller rear sprocket. I know it is not painted, that will get done when my first one is back on the road. Most likely will be done with a wrinkle black finish on the frame and red or chrome on the motor covers...:thumb:

Quick Specs: I based the frame off of Mike's Pro Street Plans, but changed the front to be like his crusier...changed the way the motor plat is mounted. 6.5 Honda Clone, homemade header, K&N Filter, Govenor completely removed, Freeline Rims, Firestone Racing Slicks, BMX handle Bars, Same stool from my first one, Mech Disc Brake (for simplicity & cost). I had as much fun fabricating this as with any of my projects...

Thanks Guys!

Snakester - Not sure about the tooth count, I had it laying around during the build, I think that it is about 54 teeth, #35 chain with a 12 tooth on the motor. If that is correct, should do about 32 MPH at 4500 rpm, not sure that I have gotten there yet...

Red - The welder is a Miller 250x, not made anymore but the current model that replaced it is about $1700 the last time I checked.

Well I got this one back from the powder coater late last week. I have been so busy that I just took pictures last night. I have another thread about the one that I am building for a friend with more pictures.

For exchange for the labor to build his (his is the yellow one), he paid for the powder coating on mine. The red looks much better in person than in the photo. :thumb:

I will post more pics and action shots once it is back together...
