o.k. you guys, DARE to be DIFFERENT, these stools sure have me thinking, no clearance problems either with no rings on the first stool, I just may go for one;

Hello, I agree they are some nice stools but wow the price!! Cost about as much as the engine does! But I guess if you want something different and more spicy you have to pay for it!! LOL:laughing: You have to consider that these are Bar Stool Racers and I believe alot of us do not put enough thought into the Stool! It is the main part of our rides! Maybe we should go all out on the stool and put more attention to it! What do you guys think??:cheers:

Moto, yes, that's what I'm thinking, the stool is the center piece and the personality of the whole project. That poker seat maybe about double the cost of most high quality barstools but it's got personality of it's own especially with such a visible and ornate detail in the backrest, it'll stand out in a crowd, you buy cheap, you usually get cheap, although I do see some rather extravagant prices. Even a Rat Fink stool for the Big Daddy lovers and I also like the chrome female silhouette figure, lots of things that could be tied to a theme or special interest to the owner/builder. It can be an attitude statement or just an economical fun machine, whatever ya want.... there are also many interesting and attractive diner chairs also, could even go for a 50's look,,, I don't think they should all have to look alike. Variety is the spice of life. Geo
